Retrieval is the action of obtaining items from the Web or your local hard drive that will make up your WebCD. Specify items you wish to retrieve using the item's Uniform Resource Locator (URL).

The URL is a unique identifier used to address Internet resources on the World Wide Web or files on your local hard drive or network. For example, http://www.marketscape.com/data/WebCD_Fact_Sheet.htm specifies a file called WebCD_Fact_Sheet.htm on MarketScape's Web site.
